Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ownlycapsulehotel.com or book a stay with OWNLY Capsule Hotel directly. By booking, you agree to them.

• Guests must be 18 or older.
• Prices are per capsule per night, in Thai baht, and shown before you pay.
• Only one discount applies per booking. Automatic discounts (such as 2+ nights or long stays) and promo codes do not combine; you get the biggest one.
• The extend-stay offer is for guests extending a stay booked on another platform. We check the original booking; if it is not an extension, the first night is charged at the full price and you pay the difference.

You pay in full when you book, by card (Stripe), PromptPay, Alipay or WeChat Pay. Your booking is confirmed once your payment is verified. Your door code is sent by email.

Bookings are non-refundable: once paid, they cannot be cancelled or refunded (you confirm this when you book).

• Self check-in from 14:00; with the free Early Check-in coupon from 10:00; before 10:00 as a paid add-on.
• Check-out by 12:00.
• On arrival you choose any available capsule. Please bring the ID or passport you booked with.

• Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00.
• No smoking anywhere inside.
• No pets.
• No food inside the capsules; please eat in the dining area.
• Only registered guests may enter the hotel floor; no outside visitors.
• Keep your door code and keycard to yourself.
• Capsules are mixed gender; please be considerate of other guests.

You are responsible for damage you cause and for lost items such as keycards, charged according to the hotel's posted damage and replacement price list.

Free lockers are provided. Please keep valuables in your locker; we are not responsible for loss of unattended items, except where Thai law says otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
